Video Consultations and Sessions

New Clients

1. Contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog or cat’s circumstances.

2. I’ll respond with information to set-up your initial holistic wellness video consultation or behavioral session.

3. We’ll coordinate a date and time for your initial video consultation or session. You must pay your new client initial consultation fee to secure your date and time.

4. Once you’ve secured your initial consultation or session date and time, I’ll provide you with a background questionnaire to fill out.

Detailed Written Prescriptive Plans

New Clients

1. Contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog or cat’s circumstances.

2. I’ll respond with information to set-up your initial holistic wellness video consultation.

3. We’ll coordinate a date and time for your initial consultation. You must pay your new client initial consultation fee to secure your date and time.

4. Once you’ve secured your initial consultation date and time, I’ll provide you with a background questionnaire to fill out.

5. The scope and fee for your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan is determined at the end of the initial video consultation. Your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan is a separate fee from video consultation time.

Rates and payment for in-person sessions

Local In-person Sessions

New Clients

1. Contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog’s behavioral issues.

2. I’ll respond with in-person session information and a quotation.

3. A deposit of $50 is required to secure the date of your in-person session.

4. The balance of your in-person session payment must be paid on the day of your session.

Existing Clients

1. Contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog or cat’s circumstances.

2. We’ll coordinate a date and time for your holistic wellness video consultation or behavioral session.

3. Payment for video consultation or behavioral session time must be paid in-full immediately after we’ve completed your dog or cat’s consult or session.

4. My standard hourly rates apply.

Existing Clients

1. Contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog or cat’s circumstances.

2. Depending on your dog or cat’s circumstances, a video consultation may be required prior to proceeding with a detailed written prescriptive plan.

3. If a video consultation is required, payment must be made immediately after we’ve completed your dog or cat’s consultation.

4. My standard hourly rates apply to video consultation time.

5. If a video consultation is required, the scope and fee for your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan will be determined at the end of the consultation. Your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan is a separate fee from video consultation time.

Payment is via PayPal.

When you click on the ‘PayPal’ buttons, PayPal will automatically convert your payment to Canadian Dollars (CAD).

A non-refundable 4.5% PayPal administration fee is applied at checkout.

Canadian Clients

Payment is via PayPal or Interac e-Transfer.

If you want to pay via Interac e-Transfer, let me know. I’ll provide you with the corresponding email address and a password.

For payments made via PayPal, a non-refundable 4.5% PayPal administration fee is applied at checkout.

International Clients

Payment is via PayPal.

For all new clients, a first-time consultation fee applies.

The first 30 minutes of your initial consultation is $100.00 CAD. To pay your new client initial fee:

in-person session deposit payment

To secure your in-person session date you must pay your $50 deposit.

Your $50 session deposit is applied against the total cost of your session. Your in-person session deposit is non-refundable.

I offer two payment methods for your in-person session deposit:

in-person session payment

Your in-person session cost is based on the behavioral issues being addressed, travel time, km and gas.

Your in-person sessions cost includes:

  • Pre-session administration time.
  • My travel time, km and gas to and from your home.
  • Your in-person session.
  • Your after-session e-book.

To receive an in-person session quote, contact me via email. Provide a brief description of your dog’s behavioral issues and your home address. When I receive your email, I’ll respond with session information and a cost quotation.

Options for Paying the Balance of Your In-Person Session

Payment for the balance of your in-person session is due on the day of your session.

I offer three payment methods:

  • PayPal
    • I’ll send you an invoice via PayPal.
    • A $5 PayPal administration fee is applied at checkout.
  • Interac e-Transfer
    • I’ll provide you with the corresponding email address and a password.
  • Cash

Video Consultations and Sessions

The new client initial fee applies to:

1. New clients.

2. Existing clients that haven’t been in touch for 2 years or more.

3. Existing clients with a new dog or cat, depending on the circumstances.

Payment for the new client initial fee should not be made under the following circumstances:

1. If I have not corresponded with you and authorized you to make payment.

2. If I have authorized you to make payment and you wait 7 days or more.

If you need to postpone and reschedule your consultation or session:

1. Notice must be provided a minimum of 24 business hours prior to your scheduled consultation or session.

2. Notice of postponement must be provided by email.

If you cancel your scheduled initial consultation or session, and you don’t contact me within 7 days to reschedule or don’t wish to reschedule:

1. I will refund your payment minus an administration fee amounting to a minimum of 50% applied against your new client initial fee.

2. I reserve the right to increase the administration fee above 50%.

3. It can take up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

I do not cover the cost of PayPal refund charges or Interac e-Transfer transaction fees. If you request a refund:

1. Refund charges will be taken out of the total amount of your refund.

I do not provide refunds for completed video consultations, video sessions and email consultations.

Detailed Written Prescriptive Plans

The scope and fee for a detailed written prescriptive plan is:

1. Applicable for 30 days following your dog or cat’s initial consultation.

1.a. If you wait 30 days or more to proceed with a detailed written prescriptive plan, I will determine if a video consultation is required to reassess your dog or cat’s circumstances. My standard hourly rates apply to video consultation time.

2. Subject to change if your dog or cat’s circumstances change prior to receiving their detailed written prescriptive plan.

3. Subject to change if you request additional items for inclusion in your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan.

3.a. The inclusion of additional items may change the date of completion.

Payment for a detailed written prescriptive plan should not be made under the following circumstances:

1. If you have not had a new client initial consultation.

2. If I have not corresponded with you and authorized you to make payment.

3. If I have authorized you to make payment and you wait 30 days or more. If you wait 30 days or more to make payment, I will determine if a video consultation is required to reassess your dog or cat’s circumstances. My standard hourly rates apply to video consultation time.

I do not provide refunds for completed detailed written prescriptive plans.

If you request a refund for a detailed written prescriptive plan, a partial refund may be provided under the following circumstances:

1. If your dog or cat passes away prior to the completion of the detailed written prescriptive plan. I will determine whether a portion of your payment is refundable.

2. I do not cover the cost of PayPal refund charges or Interac e-Transfer transaction fees.

3. It can take up to 7 business days for your partial refund to be processed.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of making payment for a detailed written prescriptive plan:

1. I will refund your payment.

2. I do not cover the cost of PayPal refund charges or Interac e-Transfer transaction fees.

3. It can take up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Local In-Person Sessions

If you need to postpone and reschedule your in-person session:

1. Notice must be provided a minimum of 24 business hours prior to your scheduled session date.

2. Notice of postponement must be provided by email.

If you postpone your in-person session date:

1. You have a maximum of 30 days to reschedule your session.

2. If you exceed the 30-day rescheduling time frame, your in-person session deposit will not be applied against the total cost of your in-person session.

3. You will need to pay a new in-person session deposit.

If I need to postpone and reschedule your in-person session:

1. I will do my best to provide you with 24 business hours notice prior to your scheduled session date.

2. I will be in contact as soon as possible to coordinate a new in-person session date with you.

3. If you do not wish to reschedule your session date, your in-person session deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your in-person session and do not wish to reschedule, your in-person session deposit is non-refundable.

I do not provide refunds for completed in-person sessions.
