I’ll respond with information to set-up your dog or cat’s initial holistic wellness consultation.
Please allow for an email response time of 24 to 48 business hours.

Confirm
Coordinate and confirm consultation
New Clients
We’ll coordinate a date and time for your dog or cat’s initial consultation.
Consultations are via video: FaceTime, Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp.
Then, you must secure your initial consultation by paying the new client initial consultation fee. This fee covers your first 30 minutes of video consultation time.

Background questionnaire

Once you’ve secured your dog or cat’s initial consultation, I’ll send you a background questionnaire.
You will be provided with a date to return the questionnaire.

Your Consultation
At the coordinated time

We’ll speak using your preferred video platform.
New client consultations require a minimum of 60 minutes.
After your initial 30 minutes, my standard hourly rates apply.
Any additional consultation time must be paid immediately after your consultation is finished.

Detailed Written Prescriptive
A diet, nutrition, wellness and personal care plan
New Clients
A detailed written prescriptive plan is a natural and holistic diet, nutrition, wellness and personal care plan.
The scope (i.e., components) and fee for your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan is determined at the end of the initial consultation.
Your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan is a separate fee from video consultation time.

It’s important to book follow-up consultations for your dog or cat.
Your dog or cat’s detailed written prescriptive plan provides a timeline for follow-up video consultations.
